Building Bright Futures

The Downers Grove Township is happy to provide Life Skills Education to all schools within township borders.  Our lessons are aligned with Illinois Social & Emotional Learning Performance Descriptors, and each lesson plan is created with local students in mind.  We draw from various community resources in order to provide a relevant and engaging curriculum.

Throughout the 2020-2021 school year, we will be offering our standard curriculum through our website.  We will also be happy to accommodate other requests, such as Zoom lessons taught by our staff, specific lesson plans not already offered in our curriculum, and in-person teaching where allowed.
